Weather in South East Asia
South East Asia possesses a tropical climate, with warm temperatures and distinct wet and dry seasons. The dry season is usually from November to April, and is the best time for yacht charters, as the weather is pleasant and the seas are calm. Temperatures normally range from 25°C to 32°C (77°F to 90°F) during this period. The wet season is typically from May to October. Heavy rainfall and occasional storms, particularly in certain areas can be recorded during this time. For the areas that are most affected by this, conditions here are less favourable for yachting. However, some regions, for example, the eastern coasts of Thailand and Malaysia, can still be enjoyable for yacht charter guests during this time.
