Meet the CEO

Ms. Jenny Caird

Jenny Caird is the founder and CEO of 212 Yachts. In 2012 when she launched 212 Yachts, the vision for her company and clients was to apply her passion for excellent customer service to create a truly customer-focused brand. Jenny ensures carefully selected team members have the same ethos and go above and beyond for clients. Jenny still spends much time working directly with clients, which she loves. Years of experience in the yacht industry have made Jenny an expert in her field. Whatever your query is, Jenny is highly solution orientated. With her motivation and dedication to clients, and the team, Jenny adds the extra degree in yachting. Jenny has a first class honors degree in Marine Biology from the University of Galway, Ireland, and an MBA in business. Before working in the yachting industry she gained much commercial experience in the competitive world of Management Consultancy. In her spare time, if her head is not stuck in a business book, Jenny can be found rock climbing or hiking in the mountains behind Monaco and Saint Tropez. She loves being on the water too (whether on a yacht, or on her blow up paddle board) and she loves a game of golf.

Sales and Charter Broker

William Parsons

Will is a skilled yacht charter broker based in Cannes, with extensive knowledge of the global yacht charter market. He holds a first-class degree in Business Management, which he acquired from Portsmouth University. William joined 212 Yachts in 2022, bringing with him sales experience garnered from his previous role, he has quickly become an instrumental part of the 212 team. Will grew up in the South of France and was exposed the yachting industry. He has been developing a passion for luxury boats and travel since a young age as well as the ability to speak French. He has spent time travelling to some of the most sought-after destinations around the world whilst gaining invaluable knowledge of the yacht charter market and popular itineraries. Will's clients appreciate his enthusiasm, hard work and dedication to providing exceptional service. He takes great pride in ensuring that their yacht charter experience is seamless and stress-free. With a strong work ethic and an exceptional attention to detail, William is an asset to any yacht charter project, and clients can rest assured that they are in the best of hands. When not on the water, Will’s other passions include rugby & travelling.

Fleet Manager

Casey Milburn

Casey is the Fleet Manager for 212 Yachts. He is a British ex-superyacht Chief Officer with over 12 years experience working as a crew member on some of the largest and most exclusive charter yachts around the world. A keen and passionate yachtsman from an early age, Casey naturally progressed into the world of superyachts. In addition to this he is a qualified Shipwright which brings together the technical side of boat construction as well as refits. Having a strong background in vessel operations, Casey's strong points are with problem solving, especially on the ground. Having amassed a large amount of experience working in and around shipyards, as well as having to think on his feet, he fits perfectly into his role here at 212 Yachts.
