Role Overview:

We are seeking a Accounts & Book-Keeping Coordinator who can manage administrative and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our operations, supporting our CEO, and liasing with the company accountant.

Legal Requirements:

European passport and the right to work in France.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping Duties:

  • Process and track payments and invoices.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Prepare monthly accounts for submission to the accountant.
  • Work closely with the company’s accountant.
  • Provide regular financial reports to the CEO.
  • Manage all payments related to the yachts we manage for charter.

Strategic Decision Making:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Track financial performance against sales goals and growth objectives, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for expansion.
  • Oversee budget preparation and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
  • Monitor expenditures and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in setting sales targets and tracking progress toward achieving them.

Office Management:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Act as the main point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, ordering supplies, equipment, and bills.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic).
  • Assist the CEO with personal tasks, administrative duties, and contracts.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English. Fluency in French is desirable.
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in the luxury, travel, rental, or complementary industries is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative, and resourcefulness.
  • Detail-oriented and highly attentive.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Dependent on experience.
